Lincoln I

This is the impressive Lincoln Cathedral. Originally it had a wooden spire on top of the stone towers, making it the tallest building in the world for over 200 years. It is still very impressive today and many hundreds of thousands of pounds are required to prevent it from falling into disrepair. [Taken: 15th April 2006]
